Hi!
We are Jenna and Evan - young parents of a 4 year-old boy and a toddler girl who work out of our garage "shop" to create beautiful handmade wooden toddler toys in Prince Edward County, Ontario. Evan is a self-taught woodworker and Jenna juggles between being a painter, packer, online marketer and mama. Cameron is Evan's brother and our full time woodworker and CNC designer. Madeline is Evan and Cameron's sister who works with the boys in the shop and ensures our product packaging is beautiful. Our son is our product tester - we are truly a family made business! Everything in our shop is made from scratch by hand, and we purposefully use the best woods and finishes so that our items are built to last.
We started our little shop in late January of 2021 after having stumbled across Montessori-inspired wooden toys and falling in love with those products. Evan has a background in woodworking skills and we thought hey, why don't we try making some of these products ourselves? We came up with our own designs and quickly noticed that our son had a much longer attention span when using our wooden toys as they encourage open-ended play and endless creativity. We specialize in high-quality, durable outdoor toys that will last for years to come.
