FINISHING OPTIONS: Choose from natural wood or finished with Clear UV ray protection.
Untreated cedar can last 15 years or more; however, finishing it with an outdoor UV ray protectant will help it retain its colour and can help it last even longer. We use Osmo UV ray protectant, which has passed safety standards for use on children's toys. Otherwise, you can expect it to silver in colour over time (though some prefer this "rugged" look!).
Note: Because of the large size of this product, it comes partially assembled with an easy step-by-step video to follow along. This assembly only requires a #2 Square screwdriver to put together.
